Thank you Paul and Kylie You made everything so easy for us with great communication The LSD had everything that we needed and it was great to be able to hire the bedding & towels off you and not have to worry about it ourselves The van was great value and clean & perfectly well maintained All our family had a wonderful time Would recommend you to anyone that wants to hire a Motorhome
A disappointing experience. When we arrived to collect the motor home we were informed that the annex was broken and couldn’t be used . This was a big factor for us choosing a motor home for the ease of putting up some shade. We should have been informed of this when we booked and it should have been mentioned in the ad. We would not have hired it had we known this. The supplies were inadequate. We were told that we must only use the toilet paper provided for the toilet. They gave us 2 rolls for four people for a week. Same with the toilet tablets and the washing liquid. The dishwashing brush they provided looked like it has served previous guests for the last year. It was unhygienic and disgusting to say the least. At $300 per night these things shouldn’t happen. The motor home was clean and drove well.
Paul and Kylie were amazing! All communication was easy and clear. The motorhome was incredible and fit our family of five easily. It was our first motorhome experience and we would never hire from anyone else now. Huge thank you to Paul and Kylie for making our holiday so great.
