It's top class, it's got all the kit you need, drives a dream, barely any miles on the clock. WiFi, books, super kitchen equipment . More important is that you are safe on board. I have public liability insurance, don't hire a van with out it in place. I have full insurance that is only £20 per day per driver payable on the day of handover. It was fully checked and certified so has a gas cert and a habitation cert. Also serviced in August 2021. The keys have GPS trackers. It has a new battery and a tracker. Remember Camptoo don't check the vehicles so you run the risk of getting an unsafe van. Mine is fully checked and safe . Please check when you book any van that this is in place. Treat it as if it were your own then we will be fine. £100 fee for toilet cleaning, smoke removal and extra cleaning. I have bought insurance for renters. It is £20 per day per driver payable in cash on the first day when I hand the van over.

Nicky seems a nice trustworthy person and provides 2 videos on how the van works. Although missing from the videos was how to put the bed up, how to use the fridge with gas instead of electric hookup, However, the cost to hire the van is expensive, (probably inflated prices due to pandemic), but Camptoo don't pay insurance so had to pay £80 extra for the 4 days I had the motorhome. The van is nice to drive and ok for the age, but uses and comes with everything you would need (too much in my opinion as there is no room for clothes and food!) I initially agreed with Nicky in writing and verbally that the van could be returned in the afternoon of the last day, but got a text at 10:45 the night before saying she needed back by midday. We therefore had to get my daughter up and leave our campsite at 5am to get back unload and clean the van.
I appreciated owner Nicky can response to rent out request of the van and all questions quickly. Also, she was willing to rent out the van with short rental period (3 days and 2 nights) and provided flexible pick up and drop off time. She kitted out the van properly. Besides, she was willing to handle the foreigner driver licence. There are some areas related to the motorhome could be improved. Providing water hose, waste water container, fixing waste water tap, fixing oven upper grill igniter, fixing black water cassette toilet opening valve, checking the 220V supply and fixing left side mirror. Despite the low point of the equipment, Nicky is willing to offer extra free one night rental for compensation. I could feel that she is willing want the traveler can have a good experience on their trip. It is better to check the main functions and usages of motorhome during the transfer process together. More labels can be sticked on the buttons to help the user quickly catch up how to use the appliances. Or a quick start up guideline can be provided for users to read. In general, it is a very good experience and journey.
